MegaTherm™ Foundation Slab is a set of high-quality building materials such as: polystyrene, foil and steel, which give shape to a properly prepared concrete mix. The foundation slab can be fitted with an integrated heating system, this technology is the only systemic combination of anhydrite and warm foundation slab with heating in Poland. With very good thermal parameters our technology is perfect for energy-saving and passive constructions. The MegaTherm™ technology is currently the best solution including proper building insulation from the ground up, proper thermal accumulation and inertia as well as economic considerations. The foundation slabs offered by our company have a coefficient of thermal conductivity (U-value) ranging from 0.24 W/m² K to 0.06 W/m² K, depending on the insulation layers used. An additional advantage of this solution is that all the necessary installations, including the Heating System, are already distributed in the moulded slab. This means that additional installation, insulation and flooring works are not necessary. Moreover you do not need to install radiators on walls or a traditional central heating.
The structural components needed for the construction of the house are chamber-dried to a maximum of 18% humidity then square-planed with bevelled edges. Thanks to this, the wood is free of fungal spores, larvae and other insects, the planed wood is also more resistant to fire. Elements of wooden walls are processed in our factory on professional machines. We use WOOD-MIZER sawmills for cutting, which allow very accurate and precise cutting of the material. The final machining is performed on WEINIGA machine tools applying the latest technology that allows the use of high-speed and high-precision tool spindles. The elements of the roof and ceiling structures are made of glued laminated timber (BSH) produced by our company. The glued elements are machined on 5-axis CNC machines with accuracy allowing direct installation. Next, we secure them for the time of transport and deliver to the construction site.
Thermomax and Varisol solar thermal systems - due to their unprecedented quality, over 25 years of durability and above-average efficiency - they guarantee long-term, trouble-free operation and safety of use. Solar heating systems equipped with vacuum solar collectors Thermomax and Varisol enable efficient conversion of direct and diffuse solar radiation to usable heat. The vacuum inside each solar pipe insulates perfectly and protects the system against adverse external factors, such as: cold, wind or high humidity, while ensuring efficient transfer of captured energy to the exchanger. Thanks to the unique design of vacuum tubes in which the flat absorber is located in a single vacuum glass tube, the efficiency achieved is about 40-50 percent higher than in “thermos”-type vacuum collectors.
